TSC Global's project management and construction supervision practice is built on a simple principle: the client's interests must be protected at every stage. Whether we act as construction supervisor, owner's engineer, or lender's monitoring engineer, we bring the same rigour and the same commitment to the outcome.

Owner's Engineer & Resident Engineer

For clients who need a technical representative on site, we provide resident engineers with hands-on experience of the specific contract type — FIDIC Red Book for construction contracts, Yellow Book for design-build, and Silver Book for EPC/turnkey. Our engineers know the difference, and they know how to use it.

Construction Supervision

Our site teams manage daily supervision activities: reviewing construction methodologies, checking material quality, measuring quantities, reviewing the contractor's quality control records, and certifying interim payment certificates. We maintain a daily site diary on every project — the record that matters when disputes arise.

Lender's Engineer

For projects financed by development finance institutions, TSC Global provides lender's engineer services: reviewing drawdown requests, certifying that works correspond to claims, monitoring environmental and social compliance, and reporting to the lender on project progress and risk.

Contract Administration

Contract administration under FIDIC conditions — managing the Engineer's role, issuing notices, certifying variations, and managing the dispute avoidance process. Our team has managed contracts from below USD 5 million to above USD 150 million.

Commissioning & Handover

Systematic commissioning management — from punch list preparation through defects liability period supervision to final acceptance certificate. We do not consider a project closed until the client has a fully documented, correctly functioning asset.
