Independent Technical Advisory

When a government ministry or a development bank needs an independent view on a project — whether that is assessing a contractor's design, reviewing a feasibility study, or certifying a drawdown request — TSC Global provides that independent voice.

Our team has served as lender's engineer, independent monitor, and owner's technical representative on projects financed by the World Bank, AfDB, EU Delegation, and bilateral development agencies.

Environmental & Social

ESIA / ESMP

Environmental and Social Impact Assessments prepared to IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles, and the requirements of specific DFIs. We have conducted ESIA for road projects, port expansions, industrial facilities and oil and gas infrastructure across West and Central Africa.

Road Safety Audits

Independent road safety audits (RSA) at feasibility, design and pre-opening stages. Our auditors are trained to international standards and have audited roads funded by the World Bank and EU across multiple countries.

Feasibility & Studies

Pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for infrastructure projects, covering technical viability, cost estimation, implementation timeline, and risk register. We produce reports that decision-makers and financiers can act on — not just documents that check a box.

Business Development

We support clients in identifying opportunities, preparing expressions of interest, structuring proposals, and building local partnerships. Our network across West Africa's infrastructure sector is one of the strongest in the region.
